1770 is surrounded by National Parks on three sides, the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park on the fourth and is situated approx 5.5 hours drive north of Brisbane, 1.5 hours drive from Bundaberg or Gladstone and 3 hours from major airports of Hervey Bay in the South and 2.5 hours from Rockhampton in the North. Greyhound Coaches and the Tilt Train have a coach link to the door - 365 days per year. Access from the north is via Miriam Vale - access from the south is via Bundaberg.

 

 

Seascape faces the Coral Sea and enjoys cooling sea breezes. From the large deck passing boats add colour and interest to the seascape. In stormy times the waves crashing on the rocks below make a spectacular scene. Mostly though the water is azure blue and inviting.
